To collect a Click & Collect order from a CostumeBox store, simply take your ID with you and your confirmation/collection email or text or your order number (starting HM/HY). Please avoid making a visit to store prior to receiving the arrival confirmation. You have 10 days to collect your order before it is returned to the warehouse. Someone else can collect on your behalf too, more here about that.
Forms of ID that are accepted for collection:
Debit/Credit card
Passport
Driving Licence
Student ID card
Utility bill
If you do not receive your collection code you will need to contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams on the contact options at the bottom of this page.
