The shipping times listed in the table below are the expected delivery times for orders outside of the UK, however this does not take into account possible delays if your parcel is subject to checks by your local customs authority
Can I return an item to a store where they don't stock that range?
Yes you can!
All of of our ROI stores are happy to process refunds for any item purchased in any other ROI store, or on the website, as long as it is in the same condition you purchased it, unworn, with it's tags attached and you have your valid proof of purchase. Please ensure you have the original payment card with you too.

How do I return an order to a CostumeBox store?
If you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any ordered CostumeBox item(s), in their original condition, at any CostumeBox store (ROI).
1. Take your item(s) and your order number/dispatch note into your nearest CostumeBox store.
2. Make sure you have the same payment card you used for purchase for refund. All refunds must be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency, unless you paid with PayPal, in which case refunds will be to a CostumeBox gift voucher.
3. The staff member will scan each item and process the refund for you. You will usually see the refund back on your payment method within 3-5 working days.
4. Home delivery orders only - Returns of Third Party Brand items purchased online (see list here), can ONLY be returned and refunded via the warehouse.
5. If you wish to purchase a replacement for an unsuitable ordered item, i.e a change of size or colour, the store will process this as a new purchase transaction in the till system.

Please note: The above exceptions refers to change of mind only and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. your right to cancel, or your right to return items which are faulty or not as described, or a general right to return online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Can I get a refund of my returns cost with PayPal?
Yes. If you have paid for your online order with PayPal, you can use their 'Returns Shipping scheme' so request reimbursement of up to €15 for your CostumeBox return.
Step 1 - Send your goods back to CostumeBox using a method of your choice (don't forget to ask for a return receipt). More information on how to package your return here.
Step 2 - Log in to your PayPal account, select the order you have returned and complete the "Refund of Returns" application within 30 days of the goods being returned.
Step 3 - You will be asked to upload your return receipt.
Step 4 - Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 10 working days.

What are the time limits for return?
- You can return any item within 28 days, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts. (Your 28 days start from the date when you received/collected your order).
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with a valid dispatch note (online purchases).
You are unable to return items purchased in store to our warehouse.
- You can return any item within 28 days of purchase, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts.
- Sale items purchased in store you can return them within 28 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, for an exchange or refund to a CostumeBox credit note only.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with a valid receipt/proof of purchase.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.

If you return an entire order within 14 days of receipt, you are also entitled to a full refund of your postage costs from the order.
If you have an item to return after the time limits set out above, your local CostumeBox store may be able to offer an exchange or refund to a store credit note (at the current/last selling price), any refunds of this kind will be at the Store Manager's discretion.
How do I return my parcel in the Republic of Ireland?
Your dispatch note will not have a returns label attached, you can print one after creating your return online.
