(ROI only) How do I return my order with wnReturns?

Returning your online order from the Republic of Ireland to CostumeBox is FREE with wnReturns. 

This returns service is for home delivery orders ONLY.
For Click & Collect orders, collected in store orders, please return to store (more info here.)

Returns steps:
1. To return your parcel, package your item(s) back in one bag, making sure to INCLUDE the returns slip inside and simply follow the instructions by clicking here to create your return label (you will need a printer). Please note - You will not be able to create a label for a Click & Collect order).

2. Take your package to your nearest An Post location (search a location near you here), to begin it's journey back to us. 

3. Your parcel and refund will usually be processed within 15 working days. Please make sure you keep hold of your returns receipt until your refund has been processed.

4. If you used an email address to create your return you will receive tracking notifications of your order's return journey.

FAQs:

I did not get a delivery note. Can I still return an item?

If you did not receive a delivery note - that's ok! You can still return your item(s). You can find your order number in your original confirmation email, simply make sure the order number is clearly shown inside your bag.

Can I return my order in more than one parcel?

Unfortunately not. Only one label can be used per order return.
Returns do not need to come back to us in the CostumeBox bag they arrived in, so if your order arrived in multiple bags, as long as all the returned items are in one secure parcel, the label will get everything back to us (Max 20kg).

Can I track my return?

Yes. If you have entered your email address when creating your label, you will receive a confirmation of your return from our delivery partner which will include a tracking link for you to follow your parcels journey back to our warehouse.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund once my items have been dropped off?

The full returns process can take up to 15 working days for your parcel to be returned and processed in our warehouse.  If you have returned an order to us and this time has been exceeded, please contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams here.
