(ROI only) Can I get a PayPal refund in store?

Unfortunately not. Our store till systems are not able to process refunds via PayPal. Before you checkout with PayPal, it is clearly shown that any refunds in store will be issued to CostumeBox gift vouchers (see below).

You can of course use our free returns option to return your order to us for a full refund back to your PayPal account, see here for more info on that option.
